Season finale review: 'Broad City' - 'St. Mark's': Stop, we're the FBI!

18 March 2015 8:00 PM, PDT | Hitfix | See recent Hitfix news »

A few thoughts on tonight's "Broad City" finale — and season 2 as a whole — coming up just as soon as I get distracted by this business Guido... The only thing that I didn't absolutely love about "St. Mark's" was the fact that it's the last episode of "Broad City" we're going to get in 2015. Even by the standards of the 10-episode season that's becoming the new normal in cable, this season seemed to just fly by, perhaps because I was having so much damn fun watching it. I would rather Abbi and Ilana keep the quality high rather than being overextended (and even with only 10 episodes, they did turn out one semi-dud with the largely forgettable party boat outing), but I'm going to miss those two and the explosive laughter they so often generated this season. And it's not even like the show took some huge creative leap after season 1. That »

Interview: NBC's 'The Night Shift': A Medical Drama's Underdog Origin Story

2 March 2015 4:07 PM, PST | Indiewire Television | See recent Indiewire Television news »

Some shows premiere big. Some sneak onto the screen. NBC's "The Night Shift" is definitely an example of the latter. While the medical drama premiered last summer without much fanfare, it built a solid viewership over the course of its eight episode run, locking down a Season 2 after just a few weeks on the air. Featuring an ensemble cast including Eoin Macken, Jill Flint, Brendan Fehr, Freddy Rodriguez and Scott Wolf, "Night Shift" takes a "M.A.S.H"-esque look at life in a San Antonio emergency room, staffed by a blend of civilian and former military doctors. During a visit to the set in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Indiewire sat down with executive producer Gabe Sachs (who created the show with partner Jeff Judah) to learn how two producers best known for "Freaks and Geeks" and "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" went from writing about teenagers to emergency room doctors, »

Scott Wolf Reveals If He Ever Hooked Up With "Party of Five" Costar Neve Campbell

24 February 2015 9:15 AM, PST | TooFab | See recent TooFab news »

Scott Wolf is spilling set secrets! The '90s heartthrob stopped by Monday's "Watch What Happens Live," where he revealed if things ever got romantic between him and his "Party of Five" on-screen sister Neve Campbell. While the 46-year-old says he never hooked up with Neve while shooting the popular teen soap, it does sound like Wolf would've considered it if they had worked together today! "I feel like if we had filmed the show this year, we probably would have," the married father-of-three told Andy Cohen. "I don't know why." "In this day and age it seems more acceptable, loose," he added. "To screw around with your [TV] sister," Cohen clarified. Later in the show, the "Night Shift" star played a game of "Glances with Wolves," with fellow guest "Vanderpump Rules" Scheana Marie ... who had to guess which random facts were true or false about the actor based on his hilarious facial expressions. »

Did Party of Five turn into a party of two for Scott Wolf and Neve Campbell? The actor, now 46, was asked to dish on his former costar when a fan called in to Watch What Happens Live on Monday, Feb. 23, and asked whether the two had ever "hooked up" offscreen. "That's my sister!" he replied in mock disgust, laughing. (Party of Five, which ran on Fox from 1994 to 2000, revolved around five siblings whose parents were killed in a car accident. Cue the '90s nostalgia! Scott Wolf appeared on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live Monday to promote the second season of NBC's medical drama The Night Shift, but it seemed as if some viewers were more interested in his days as Bailey Salinger on Fox's teen drama, which aired for six seasons from September 1994 until May 2000. In fact, at one point, a viewer called in to ask Wolf if he had ever hooked up with co-star Neve Campbell, who played Julia Salinger, during their six years on the show. "That's my sister!" the 46-year-old actor replied in mock disgust. In all seriousness, Wolf said they "did not" cross the professional line. "We did not! It's funny...I feel like if we »
