15 April 2015 10:02 AM, PDT | DailyDead | See recent DailyDead news »

Feeling wide awake while asleep, she can't move... and she's not alone. Anna Parker's sleep paralysis strikes with a supernatural slant in Echoes, the feature film writing and directing debut of Nils Timm. Dreams and Reality Get Blurred When Anchor Bay Unleashes Festival Hit Echoes On DVD/Bluray This April!

21 February 2015 11:02 PM, PST | iconsoffright.com | See recent Icons of Fright news »

I’m a big fan of surrealist horror, whether it be any of the good A Nightmare On Elm Street entries, or even recent films, like last year’s Mr. Jones. While I dig realistic slasher films and they tend to scare the living hell out of me (the monster living next door is much scarier than the ones in our dreams), there’s something about getting lost inside of a fantastical dream world where a film’s protagonist has the fight off whatever may or may night be real or in their dreams. Enter Nils Timm’s Echoes, a film that took the festival circuit by storm, and one that the always reliable gang at Anchor Bay is ready to unleash on horror fans via DVD/Bluray this April 14th. With a cast filled by Steven Brand (“Teen Wolf,” The Scorpion King), Kate French (Channeling, “Gossip Girl,” “One Tree Hill »
