When Season 7 of "How I Met Your Mother" wrapped up on Monday night, longtime fans of the show got quite the shock.
Not only did it appear that Barney and Robin get married thanks to a flash forward to their wedding, but Ted's (Josh Radnor) girlfriend Victoria (Ashley Williams) from Season 1 came back into his life.
Will Victoria end up being the one for Ted? That's still unclear, but Radnor and Williams couldn't be happier to be working together again.
"I love working with Ashley," Radnor told The Huffington Post at the Gersh Agency's upfront party in New York this week. "She came back for that episode earlier this year, and it was super fun. [The writers] wanted to bring her back after seeing us together again -- they just love that. So they brought her back, and we had such a fun time. And it looks like she'll be back at the beginning of next season! »

In a strange way, I almost wish How I Met Your Mother’s seventh season had ended with just Part 1 of “The Magician’s Code.” It certainly felt more like a finale, what with the birth of Marvin Wait For It Erickson being a big enough moment in the story for things to end. Having things carry on into Part 2 and revealing Barney’s bride sounds good on paper, but it just didn’t work out the way I had hoped. For all the twists and turns that happened, the ending wasn’t at all a surprise. The show tried so hard to be unpredictable that it ended up being completely predictable.
Let’s start with Part 1. Delivering a baby is a classic episode, especially in sitcoms. Every show needs to do this at some point, and with the more classic comedies it usually happens in the later seasons when »

How I Met Your Mother Finale: Barney's Bride is [.....]!!!!
Ever since last year’s season finale of How I Met Your Mother, fans of the long running sitcom have been clamoring to find out just whom Barney Stinston will marry. Back then we thought, is it possible, could Nora have changed Barney and now they’re going to get hitched? Or could it be someone we hadn’t met yet? Or better yet, could it be the obvious love of his life, Robin?
Well, during the seventh season finale, we were handsomely rewarded for our patience when we found out that…
Yes! Robin Is Barney’S Bride!! Excuse us while we do a happy snoopy dance and jump and shout with glee!!
Ok, Ok, we’re done.
Wait, one more time! Ok, now we're done!
Frankly, it would have been a major let down if Barney’s bride turned out »

Bolton Wanderers were pushed to the edge to obtain what could be a valuable point against Swansea City at the Reebok yesterday.
Whilst some will state a point is simply not enough for the team battling for their Premier League status, without the sterling defensive efforts of David Wheater and Gretar Steinsson amongst others, it could’ve been a whitewash.
The game started with a bang with Swansea taking the lead after just six minutes. Scott Sinclair used his pace to cut in and strike an excellent, curling strike which eluded the hands of goalkeeper Adam Bogdan and hit the top corner of the net.
It wasn’t the start the Trotters had in mind but it didn’t take them long to even the odds and pull back a goal for themselves. A well worked move resulted in Chris Eagles latching on to a Martin Petrov cross to put the ball past Michel Vorm. »

Swansea will be looking to extend their excellent recent run of form against an Everton side who find themselves in a tough run of closely knit fixtures.
The Swans have reached their peak position thus far in the season, at 8th place, after three consecutive wins and three consecutive clean sheets. The wins have also dispelled the doubters of Swansea who stated that their inconsistent away form and match-ups against teams who could match their style of play could be their downfall.
However two away wins against Wigan, with 10 men, and convincingly against Fulham plus a landmark victory over then leaders Manchester City has certainly raised their stock to the point of some media experts even tipping them to secure a top 7 finish.
The focus for the players and the fans though will be reaching safety, something which looks pretty much guaranteed but a point or more at the Liberty »

Manchester City’s race for the title continues this week as they make the trip to South Wales to face Swansea City.
The reverse fixture was Swansea’s maiden Premier League match, a match where they were humbled 4-0 and where Sergio Aguero instantly made his mark on the Premier League.
However the game at the Liberty Stadium made not be as cut and dried as the outcome at the Etihad way back in August. Since then Swansea have adapated to life in the Premier League. Goalkeeper Michel Vorm has gone from strength to strength after his mammoth display at the Etihad, their passing style has been firmly cemented in at this level plus the Liberty Stadium continues to be one of the more difficult venues to visit, just ask Arsenal and Chelsea.
With this in mind, Roberto Mancini will be wary of the threat caused by Swansea and if »

Team news ahead of Manchester City’s trip to Wales this afternoon where they take on Swansea in the Premier League. Kick-off time is at 2pm at the Liberty Stadium and the match is being screened live in the UK on Sky Sports.
Nathan Dyer begins his three-match suspension for his red card picked up in last weekend’s victory at Wigan. Wayne Routledge will likely replace him wide out on the right.
Defender Ashley Williams is expected to be fit as he battles to overcome his stomach bug.
Andrea Orlandi will return soon from his hamstring tear but it has come too soon for today’s game. Meanwhile Kemy Agustien will probably miss the rest of the year with an ankle injury.
Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany picked up a calf injury in Thursday night’s Europa League defeat at Sporting Lisbon. His injury looked serious and he could »

People are excited for Mass Effect 3. Actually to say people are excited would be something of an understatement. In little under two weeks we’ll all be thrust into another do or die situation, as we finally see Commander Shepard take on the those Reaper hordes he’s been going on about for two games now. Mass Effect 3 will be the epic culmination of one of the most popular science fiction franchises to appear since Star Wars. If you’re just itching to get into the action then it’s a good thing we’re able to wet our appetites with the Mass Effect 3 demo currently available on PC, Xbox Live and the Psn.
If you happen to be a purist and don’t want to touch the demo in case it shows too much or you just want to save yourself for the real deal, then hey that’s cool. »

Another year, another chance at trying to capitalize on the horror fan's love for both Army of Darkness and Bruce Campbell!
Like every good Evil Dead fan, I picked up the book. I'm only vaguely familiar with the other Army of Darkness comics, so I will admit, the "Volume 3" aspect of the new series was a little intimidating.
It seemed simple enough at the start. Starting off with images that we've come to know being fans of the film series, but then things got weird. We were introduced to the main character of the comic, Ashley Williams!
But wait!
This is not the Ashley Williams that you think you know. It is an Ashley Williams that the name is appropriate for, because it is a girl. She resided at one point in an alternate universe, presumably parallel from the "real one" that the male Ashley also resides in.

How I Met Your Mother returns Monday with three weeks of new episodes and they're all bound to be doozies. Why? Remember when Victoria (Ashley Williams) told Ted (Josh Radnor) that living with Robin (Cobie Smulders), aka his ex, was complicating his search for The One? And remember when Ted saw Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) cleaning up the rose petals in Robin's room and kept it to himself? They're both going to come up the next few weeks. "The month of February will answer a lot of questions and sort of resolve a lot of things that have been simmering on the surface," Mother boss Carter Bay says. So what else can we expect? Bays and co-creator/co-executive producer Craig Thomas give us the scoop.

Gylfi Sigurdsson was the catalyst for Swansea’s two goal comeback to secure their second away win of the season in the expense of West Brom.
The Icelandic international near instantly cancelled out Marc Antoine Fortuné‘s opener for West Brom after finished a sublime Swansea move to score. Sigurdsson then turned architect as Danny Graham latched on the end of his cross to complete the comeback for the Swans.
With the Wintry conditions setting in throughout the country, the first half of this game also took a while to thaw through the first half.
In the opening half an hour West Brom gave Swansea far too much room for them to stretch the play with their established passing style but never found the openings to really take advantage.
West Brom however capitalised on the physical advantage that players such as Marc Antoine Fortune, and more predominantly Jonas Olsson, posed to Swansea. »

It’s a total Evil Dead casting bonanza up in here. It was just last night when we reported that Shiloh Fernandez would be taking up a role in the Fede Alvarez-directed remake — and, now, Deadline reports that Lily Collins‘ replacement has been found: Jane Levy, an up-and-comer who had a Sundance film with Nobody Walks, and can be seen in this year’s Fun Size. (Admittedly, the story only says that she’s “in talks,” but c’mon. You know how these things work.)
As has previously been reported, the lead of Diablo Cody‘s screenplay — and the role with which Levy could very well break out — is not one Ashley Williams, but “Mia, a drug-addicted young woman who heads to a remote cabin in some deeply sinister woods to detox with the help of her brother and three friends.” This young actress, much like Collins, is an »
