In 1985, at the age of 65, Frank White changed his life (in very poor health, he had 4-pack-a-day cigarette habit, bad diet, and an alcohol dependency) by dropping into a yoga class, and eventually became a much sought-after teacher to hundreds of students over the last 17 years of his life.
