Michael Weston was born on October 25, 1973 in New York City, New York, USA as Michael Rubinstein. He is an actor and writer, known for Garden State (2004), The Dukes of Hazzard (2005) and State of Play (2009). He has been married to Priscilla Ahn since June 2010.

Son of John Rubinstein and Judi West; grandson of piano virtuoso Artur Rubinstein.
Graduated from Northwestern University with a B.S. in theater arts.
He changed his last name from Rubinstein to Weston because there was already a Michael Rubinstein in the Screen Actors Guild.
A good friend of Zach Braff, he frequently appears in Braff's projects.
When he was a teenager, he wanted to be a professional baseball player until he injured his arm playing baseball.
Lived in Paris for a year and half with his grandmother after he graduated from college. While there, he worked as a bartender.
His father is of half Polish Jewish and half Polish Catholic background.
In July 2009, he guest-starred in the Burn Notice (2007) episode, Burn Notice: Signals and Codes (2009). The show's main character shares his first and last name, although the fictional "Michael" spells his last name "Westen".
Has twice played a role as an acquaintance of a Sherlock Holmes character: He was a private detective hired by House in 'House MD' and also a junkie "friend" of Jonny Lee Miller's version of Holmes in 'Elementary'.
