‘Botched’ Spinoff Series Ordered at E!

Botched” doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif are hitting the road in a spinoff series of the popular E! program, the NBCUniversal-owned cabler announced Tuesday.

Botched By Nature” will follow the plastic surgeons’ nationwide pursuit to help patients suffering from genetics or traumatic incidents and allowing these people to share their powerful stories with the world.

The one-hour, eight-episode series, which comes from “Botched” producers Evolution Media, will air in 2016 on E!. Exec producers are Douglas Ross, Greg Stewart, Alex Baskin, Matt Westmore, Dubrow and Nassif. Robert Carroll serves as a co-executive producer.

“We are excited to build on the mega-success of the ‘Botched’ franchise with ‘Botched By Nature,’” said Jeff Olde, E!’s exec v.p. of programming and development. “Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif will continue to inspire viewers as they transform the lives of patients who are brave enough to share their stories.”
