Due to a scheduling change, Phillip Phillips will no longer be playing Fox’s New Year’s Eve Live!, but the network has added two names to the show: Marlon Wayans will host the 90-minute special broadcast from Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, and Tate Stevens, winner of The X Factor, will join previously announced performers Lifehouse and Carmen Electra. Fox’s cameras will also cut to the ball drop in New York City’s Times Square at midnight.

Heather Locklear has joined the cast of Scary Movie 5. The Melrose Place star will portray the mother in 2010's Black Swan, who was originally played by Barbara Hershey, reports Deadline. High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale will play the young ballet dancer, while Molly Shannon of Saturday Night Live fame appears as Winona Ryder character Beth MacIntyre. Someone has to say it: It's rare that a sitcom father is a sexy beast. Historically, dads on sitcoms are sarcastic, exhausted, or flatly chipper, and therefore not nearly as libidinous as we want them to be. As NBC's upcoming gay daddy comedy The New Normal proves, fatherhood can look pretty hot on a man. (Justin Bartha and Andrew Rannells are pretty choice specimens, wouldn't you say?) Fox celebrates 25 years Sunday (April 22) night with two hours of original programming, featuring some of the network's biggest stars over the years, preceded by reairings of the pilot episode of "Married... With Children" and the first full-length episode of "The Simpsons."
Ryan Seacrest hosts the extravaganza with appearances by the cast of "Married... With Children," Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny of "The X-Files," Keenan Ivory, Marlon and Shawn Wayans from "In Living Color," Hugh Laurie from "House," Calista Flockhart from "Ally McBeal," and more.

The funnyman, who got his big break on In Living Color, joined former co-stars including Keenen Ivory Wayans, Shawn Wayans, Marlon Wayans and David Alan Grier onstage to accept the Groundbreaking Award from Whoopi Goldberg.
Laverne & Shirley won the Fan Favorite Award, while the cast of Murphy Brown picked up the Impact Award, and Valerie Bertinelli and Mackenzie Phillips took home the Innovator Award on behalf of One Day At A Time.
