Three New Clips for "The Walking Dead" Including "Hospital Corridor," "Rick's Gun" and "Darkness"

Drew Struzan's PosterThe most recent news on AMC's television series "The Walking Dead" is the unveiling of three new promo' clips for this zombie influenced production. The latest three clips are entitled "Hospital Corridor," "Rick's Gun" and "Darkness." The first short film is a minute long and builds tension through a long walk to a group of constrained zombies, while the second two are less spectacular and finished in under twenty seconds. However, all three films are below for fans of the film.

Also, recently artist Drew Struzan whipped up a new poster graphic for this series, which can be seen left. A hundred signed copies of this poster were auctioned off to the general public and now an unsigned version is making its way to fans.

Rick Grimes Last Moments?The official trailer for the AMC television series "The Walking Dead" is here. This clip was originally shown at the 2010 San Diego Comic Con. However, now the clip is available through a primary source and not through a secondary camera. The clip is four and a half minutes long. The Walking Dead Shows Norman Reedus in a Set Still and Will There be a Second Season?

Norman Reedus as Daryl DixonThe announcement of the attachment of Michael Rooker (Atlantis Down) to "The Walking Dead" television series was announced last month and there is a further casting announcement. Norman Reedus will star and is in production on AMC's television series. Reedus can be seen left as "a redneck ex-con" (Reedus). As well, the latest on the series has director Frank Darabont talking about a possible second season with George A. Romero to direct an episode (Fearnet). Finally, the production on "The Walking Dead" is currently moving ahead with episode five. Check back for more details.

The Walking Dead Writers and Directors Announced

The Walking Dead PosterWow, the press on Frank Darabont's television series "The Walking Dead" continues to role in on a regular basis and today's news for the series shows each of the directors and writers for the episodes. The writers for the episodes include: Frank Darabont, Robert Kirkman, Glen Mazzara, and Adam Fierro. Glen Mazzara is the author of the novel on which the series is based and he has written episode #4. As well, the directors on the project include: Frank Darabont, Michelle MacLaren, Gwyneth Horder-Payton, Johan Renck, Ernest Dickerson, and Guy Ferland. Gwyneth has a great deal of experience working on television series with directing appearances on at least a dozen television shows.

Although the episode titles have not been announced, fans of the series can have a look at which writer and director is matched up with each episode. Check out the latest news on the series inside. »

More Casting News and Behind-the-Scenes Images: The Walking Dead

More information and images have rolled in for Frank Darabont's adaptation of Robert Kirkman's zombie epic The Walking Dead. This time in the form of a bit of potentially big casting news and more images from the set.

To kick things off IMDb has added three more names to the ever-growing cast - Keith Allen Hayes (The Blind Side), Steve Warren (Zombieland), and Addy Miller (Paranormal). While Warren and Miller have signed up for living dead duty, its Hayes who has our interest because as of right now he is rumored to be playing the much beloved character of Tyrese.

Four More Join 'The Walking Dead'

With the first episode of "The Walking Dead" almost finished shooting, several reports have identified additional actors involved in the project.

According to I Am Entertainment Magazine, Robert "IronE" Singleton (pictured) has signed on to portray one of the survivors of the Zombie Apocalypse. Dread Central also indicates that Singleton will portray a new character called T-Dog. Singleton has previously appeared in "The Blind Side" and the upcoming feature “The Hungry Rabbit Jumps” opposite Nicolas Cage and Guy Pearce.

Variety is reporting that Emma Bell ("Frozen") has also joined the cast as a college student among the survivors. Thus far, speculation on her role has centered on her resemblance to Amy, the sister of Laurie Holden's character, Andrea.

The IMDb has two more pieces of casting for The Walking Dead AMC's live-action adaptation of Robert Kirkman's comic that is set among a group of zombie survivors of an apocalypse who are led by a police officer, Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), in search of a safe place to live. Keith Allen Hayes (The Blind Side) has joined the cast and is rumored to play the part of "Tyreese", while Steve Warren - who played a "zombie" in Zombieland - will play a zombie once again alongside young Addy Miller (Paranormal).
