He was awarded the 1999 Laurence Olivier Theatre Award for Best Set Designer for the 1998 production of "Oklahoma!".
He was nominated for a 2003 Laurence Olivier Theatre Award for Best Set designer of 2002 for "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang", performed at the London Palladium.
