Character deaths keep TV interesting. And it's a question everyone has had over the past decade as more and more shows feel it necessary to kill off audience favorites. Do some show runners have certain characters axed simply because they can't stand the actor? While a lot of producers and writers will stay mum on that subject, Shonda Rhimes doesn't mind telling the truth. In a recent interview with The Nightly Show, she confided in host Larry Wilmore that she has put a hit out on a certain character in the past. And it was because she couldn't stand the so-called 'thespian' bringing her creation to life. Though, don't look for her to name names, of which there are many.

Per usual in the world of Shondaland, the cliffhanger won’t be resolved for quite some time, and each episode will deliver more clues into the night Annalise was wounded, ultimately answering the question: who shot Annalise?
Aja Naomi King, who plays law student Michaela on the ABC drama, tells Variety that not even the cast knows the shooter’s identity.
“Anyone is really up for grabs, so to speak,” King says, joking that she is just as curious as the viewers. “At this point, with the way that things are going and how we still don’t really trust Annalise or each other, it could have been any one of us just to get out from under her.”

“How To Get Away With Murder” returned with season 2 Thursday night, and went out with a bang.

Still, Wes (Alfred Enoch) is quite suspicious of Rebecca’s whereabouts, and “Eggs 911” has also become more suspicious with another anonymous text, this time to Michaela (Aja Naomi King). Aside from Rebecca, Famke Jannsen’s character is introduced and revealed to be the woman behind »

If Scandal's latest episode left you feeling completely gutted, you're not alone. On Thursday night, the addictive ABC series known for its outlandish twists - rigged elections! government conspiracies! an online bidding war for the president's mistress! - grounded the drama in something very real: racism. Titled "The Lawn Chair," the episode took on the shooting of an unarmed black teen by a white police officer: an allusion to the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson. When the boy's father, played beautifully by Courtney B. Vance, rushed to the crime scene, guarding his son's body with a shot gun, »

Revealed in a series of flashbacks during the season ender, Frank was ordered by the now-dead Sam Keating (Tom Verica) to kill Lila. After the Keating Five spent most of the finale questioning Rebecca, the episode ended with Frank and Annalise (Viola Davis) finding Rebecca’s body under the staircase in Annalise’s basement.
Here, Davis and Weber answer some burning questions about the finale:
When did you find out that Frank killed Lila?
Davis: We all found out when we did the read-through, and everyone just gasped. Charlie was so happy — he enjoys playing the villain. »
