Luisa Vehil was born on November 12, 1911 in Montevideo, Uruguay. She was an actress, known for Pampa bárbara (1945), El bote, el río y la gente (1960) and The Three Amateurs (1933). She died on October 24, 1991 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Daughter and granddaughter of theatre players. Sister of Paquita Vehil and Juan Vehil. Aunt of Miguel Ángel Solá and Mónica Vehil.
In 1990 she was honored as "Ciudadano Ilustre de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires" ("Illustrious Citizen of the City of Buenos Aires").
