Paul Unwin has directed many productions in the theatre and was Artistic Director of the Bristol Old Vic theatre. He co-created the BBC TV series "Casualty" (1986). He is a director and writer. His short film Syrup (1993) was nominated for an Acadamy Award in 1995. His film "Elijah" (2008) won four Leos including Best Feature Length Drama.
