Revenge: Season Four Ratings

16 hours ago | TVSeriesFinale.com | See recent TVSeriesFinale news »

Is it time for Revenge to go? Last season, the ratings for this ABC show continued to fall and there's been talk that season four will be the end. Will the numbers rise this time around or keep dropping? Cancelled or renewed for season five? Will it get a suitable ending either way? Stay tuned.

Things have changed on this season of Revenge but Emily Thorne (Emily VanCamp) and Victoria Grayson (Madeleine Stowe) still have plenty of reason to hate each other. The rest of the show's cast includes Gabriel Mann, Nick Wechsler, Josh Bowman, Christa B. Allen, James Tupper, and Karine Vanasse.

The ratings are typically the best indication of a show's likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available -- »

Revenge Executive Producers: David Clarke's Return Will Shake Emily to the Core

9 June 2014 4:27 PM, PDT | TVGuide - Breaking News | See recent TVGuide - Breaking News news »

If there's one person on Revenge who can turn Emily Thorne's world upside down, it's the return of her thought-to-be-dead father. When David Clarke moves into the Hamptons full-time this fall, Emily will be shaken to her core.

For three seasons, Emily (Emily VanCamp) has stopped at nothing to take down anyone involved in the wrongful imprisonment of her late father (James Tupper). Her mission had finally reached ultimate success by the end of the Season 3 with Conrad Grayson (Henry Czerny) implicated in the crimes and his estranged wife Victoria (Madeleine Stowe) locked up in the looney bin. But, as viewers watched in the final minutes of the hour, David Clarke appeared very much alive taking revenge in his own hands by killing Conrad.

He's been a recurring fixture over the course of the show's 3 seasons in flashbacks as he was presumed to be dead. Additionally, showrunner, Sunil Nayar, delivered some new spoiler scoopage with the following statement: "Victoria and Emily are both going to have to reckon with what they’ve done in his name over the last 20 years, and then they’ll have to reckon with, “Well, who is this man? Revenge” season three ended with a high body count and one hell of a twist (Spoiler Alert if you haven’t yet watched); the vicious Victoria (Madeleine Stowe) was committed to a psychiatric institution after murdering Emily’s (Emily VanCamp) lover, Aiden (Barry Sloane), and discovering our heroine’s secret identity, while nefarious husband Conrad (Henry Czerny) was stabbed by a vengeful — and very much alive — David Clarke (James Tupper).

Where will the labyrinthine ABC drama go from here? Star Nick Wechsler (who plays Emily’s childhood sweetheart Jack Porter) and executive producers Gretchen Berg and Aaron Harberts were on hand at the Atx Television Festival to discuss the show’s game-changing finale and what’s ahead in season four.
