Max Terhune (1891–1973)

Four years after appearing with Gene Autry on a national radio show in 1932 he went to Hollywood. By that time he Max was a skilled vaudevillian (magician, juggler, whistler, impressionist, card tricks). His specialty was ventriloquism. (1951) Unsold pilot: Starred with Ray Corrigan, Virginia Herrick and Bill Hale in western series pilot called "The Buckskin Rangers". The pilot was filmed in color with plots similar to Monogram's Range Busters B-Western series that were shot ten years earlier.
