Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor Go Vegan

9 hours ago | Foodista | See recent Foodista news »

Ben Stiller and his wife, Christine Taylor, have opted for an animal-free lifestyle and are now starting to encourage their kids, Ella, 10, and Quinn, 6, to do the same. However, they are a little less impressed with the green diet.

"Ben and I make these green drinks in the morning and they look at us like it's from another planet," Taylor said.

Both kids have begun to add more plant-based foods to their diet, but Taylor has been given the hard task of dealing with their picky tastes.

"My daughter loves veggies but doesn't love fruit. My son loves fruit but doesn't love veggies."

However, Taylor admits she wishes she had encouraged her family to go on a veggie diet much sooner.

"We have friends that are vegan and their kids came out vegan," she said. "I'm so jealous they had the information and they started the kids early because now to go back, »

“Ben and I make these green drinks in the morning and they look at us like it’s from another planet,” the actress, 40, tells People Wednesday at the N.Y.C. launch party for the organic body care line Nourish, for which she is the spokesperson.

Los Angeles, April 7: Actor Ben Stiller says his children are really humourous and always make him laugh.

"My kids are just crazy," showbizspy.com quoted Stiller as saying.

The 46-year-old, who married Christine Taylor in 2000, has two children -- daughter Ella, 10, and son Quinlin, 7.

"They have crazy senses of humour, and they're very creative. When we get together, we're just like mad. I think everybody's family is pretty funny when they get together, but mine seems to be crazy and ridiculous most of the time," he said.

IFC Films Picks Up Porn-Drama 'Cherry' With James Franco; Jon Kasdan's Sundance Hit 'The First Time' Finds Home At Sony Pictures

23 March 2012 6:40 AM, PDT | The Playlist | See recent The Playlist news »

The game plan of most indie filmmakers is to get their film in a festival and acquire distribution and it looks like the things have worked out well for young filmmakers Stephen Elliott and Jon Kasdan (son of Lawrence) on their latest efforts behind the camera.

Firstly, IFC Films has acquired distribution rights to "Cherry," the writing and directorial debut of Elliott which stars Ashley Hinshaw, Dev Patel, Heather Graham, Lily Taylor and James Franco. The story follows an 18-year-old high schooler (Hinshaw) who explores the world of strip clubs and porn after running off to San Francisco with her best friend (Patel).

The film should bring some insight into the industry with Elliott co-wroting the script with pornstar/Nyu-student Lorelei Lee, who also directs for Kink.com -- coincidentally, co-star Franco himself is making a documentary about the famed adult site. Our Berlin review of the film noted that »

Hey Dude Season Two DVD Review

21 March 2012 9:19 PM, PDT | AreYouScreening.com | See recent AreYouScreening news »

It’s another season of everyone’s favorite teenage ranchers, and though I know you thought it couldn’t get better, Hey Dude is back for more with a Season 2 release.

As I said in my review of the Season 1 release (and I went over the show pretty thoroughly, and won’t overly retread here), this is a show that makes you long for better demographically-targeted work today. While there isn’t anything about Hey Dude that exactly comes through as the next greatest thing, it’s fun and funny programming that the right age-group enjoys immensely, and remains in the category of utterly harmless as well.

By the time we get to the second season, we’re pretty comfortable with the characters, and the episodes reflect the fact. While the dynamics stay somewhat open in certain respects, we’re solidly in Ted is Ted country here. We’ve moved »

Now that club gains two more members as Deadline has word that Olivia Wilde and "Saturday Night Live" star Jason Sudeikis (who are supposedly, currently dating) will star in Relanxious, a relationship comedy that will also feature Fred Armisen (another "SNL" cast member) and Brie Larson (Rampart). Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux embraced on the balcony of the Chateau Marmont in La during Jennifer's 43rd birthday party on Saturday. The couple kissed and hugged when they weren't chatting with friends or sitting down to eat. We're used to seeing Jennifer in a bikini around this time of year, but it looks like she's making new traditions with her man Justin. There was no shortage of pals on hand to toast Jennifer, though, since Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, Christine Taylor, and Courteney Cox were among the guests spotted at the event. The celebratory weekend kicked off on Friday, when Jennifer and Justin met a friend for dinner. Their fun will continue on Valentine's Day tomorrow since Jennifer and Justin are set to premiere their new movie, Wanderlust, in La.
