Here's what executive producer Dave Filoni had to say about bringing Frank Oz back as Yoda.

Lone Star Cinema: A Perfect World

A Perfect World is a somewhat forgotten Clint Eastwood film, which is a shame. It may not be quite in league with Eastwood's best work (that's a very tall order), but this unconventional crime film is both a gripping chase movie and a nuanced tale of a relationship between a misunderstood criminal and a young boy.

Eastwood directed and starred in this 1993 drama set in 1963 Texas, in which he plays Texas Ranger Red Garrett, a seasoned lawman in pursuit of prison escapees Butch Haynes (Kevin Costner) and Terry Pugh (Keith Szarabajka). Shortly after their escape, Butch and Terry break into a house and kidnap 9-year-old Phillip Perry (T.J. Lowther), son of a devout Jehovah's Witness mother.

Irrational Reveals The Full Voice Cast For 'Bioshock Infinite'

Troy Baker will be playing Booker while Courtnee Draper takes on the role of Elizabeth as Irrational lays out the "Mass Effect," "Kingdom Hearts II," and "Sealab 2021" vets among the cast portraying the heroes and villains of "Bioshock Infinite."

You can find the full cast list after the jump.

The coolest thing about this cast list is that it's populated by veteran voice actors and not simply sprinkled liberally with television and film actors putting in a couple of hours in the booth. "Dishonored" had a great cast of performers turning in one of the more uninspired collection of voice overs in recent memory.

as Booker DeWitt

Courtnee Draper

(Surf’s Up, Ponyo, and Kingdom Hearts II)

'Argo': Ben Affleck's Oscar-baiting history lesson balances thrills, drama, comedy and Hollywood magic

  • Pop2it
You know it's awards season when the multiplexes start looking like time machines. It's no secret that recreating the past is often a quick ticket to Oscar nominations or wins. But it's usually only the films that find a fresh way of looking backward that catch on with paying audiences.

Ben Affleck's "Argo," opening this weekend in wide release, is one of those films. The movie sheds light on a little-known chapter of the 1979-1980 Iranian hostage crisis in which the CIA got a little help from Hollywood in using a fake sci-fi movie production as a cover to rescue six State Department employees secretly hiding in Tehran. The mission was classified for nearly two decades, until President Bill Clinton declassified it in 1997.

A Perfect World Blu-ray Review

Kevin Costner and Clint Eastwood were responsible for a great deal of Hollywood's blockbusters in the early to mid Nineties. Somewhere in the middle of all those films, the pair joined together (with Eastwood directing) to create A Perfect World; a low key yet intensely dramatic film that truly let the actors shine.

The film takes place in Texas, somewhere between '62 - '63, and begins with prisoners Butch (Costner) and Terry (Keith Szarabajka) breaking out of jail and making their way into a nearby town. While Butch is looking for a new car that the cops won't recognize, Terry breaks into a nearby home and begins terrorizing a young mother while her 8-year old son, Phillip (T.J.Lowther), looks on. Once a neighbor gets involved in the ruckus, Terry and Butch make a run for it, but not before taking young Phillip as a hostage.

Despite breaking out of jail together,

Quick Shooter: A Clint Eastwood Profile (Part 4)

Trevor Hogg profiles the career of Hollywood icon Clint Eastwood in the fourth of a five part feature (read parts one, two and three)...

“What I liked about this script is that it is faithful to the book, contrary to some previous versions, which had eliminated elements that in my opinion had to be preserved,” stated Clint Eastwood who chose to cinematically adapt White Hunter Black Heart (1990); the fictional tale was inspired by experiences of screenwriter Peter Viertel during the production of The African Queen (1951). “He told me that during the filming, Huston became hostile to Sam Spiegel, though he’d worked with him before. In his autobiography Huston says he was searching for a period of three weeks he could use to go on safari while in Africa. That’s what gave Peter Viertel the impetus to write his novel. He was in the presence of someone surrounded by all his technical crew,

La Noire: The 10 Best Actor Cameos

If you know anything about video games you’ll know by now that La Noire is a detective thriller, set in 1940s Los Angeles and made by Rockstar – the same guys behind Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption. You just might have heard that it was the first video game to bag a slot at the Robert De Nero’s Tribeca Film Festival, back in April. But what you most certainly know is that it boasts fantastic, hitherto unprecedented, motion capture for a video game. This development has enabled Rockstar’s Team Bondi to focus the bulk of the game around gauging the facial expressions of crime suspects.

This gameplay mechanic wouldn’t have been possible without the technology backing it up, as La Noire boasts frighteningly realistic and often incredibly subtle facial expressions. Yet Rockstar needed more than just technology if they were to create dozens of distinct

Nestor Carbonell, The Mayor of Gotham, Is Re-Elected For The Dark Knight Rises

A quick casting update on The Dark Knight Rises courtesy of Variety.

Nestor Carbonell has secured a return to the Batman franchise. He will reprise his role as the Mayor of Gotham in Christopher Nolan’s third and final Gotham movie.

I really enjoyed the few scenes Carbonell featured in the last movie and just like he did on Lost, he crafted a memorable character just by doing so little. Can’t wait to see what schemes he has to bring down Batman, the vigilante on the run and we also hope Chris Nolan has the idea to bring back more of The Dark Knight cast including the characters Det. Stephens (Keith Szarabajka) and Det. Ramirez (Monique Gabriela Curnen).
