Missy Peregrym, Gregory Smith, Enuka Okuma, Travis Milne, Charlotte Sullivan, Ben Bass and Matt Gordon all starred in the Canadian summer series. lana Frank, Tassie Cameron, Russ Cochrane, David Wellington and John Morayniss serve as executive producers. The first two seasons of the award-winning Canadian cop drama will be shown on 5Usa, launching on July 28 at 9pm.
The show follows five young and ambitious rookie cops as they deal with issues in their professional and personal lives.
Speaking about the licensing deal, Marie-Claire Dunlop, Channel 5 Acquisition & Channel Manager, said: "5Usa is home to great quality crime drama and so we're delighted to be adding Rookie Blue to an already fantastic line-up."
The show is broadcast on ABC in the Us. It already airs in the UK on Universal, which premiered the sixth season on July 12.
