Charlotte Sullivan (born October 21, 1983) is a Canadian actress, known for her role as officer Gail Peck in the Global police drama series Rookie Blue. Sullivan was born in Toronto, Ontario. Her first on-screen role was an extra in a Liza Minnelli music video. She has had starring roles in the film Harriet the Spy (1996) and the CBS series The New Ghostwriter Mysteries (1997), as well as smaller parts in the films How to Deal (2003) and Fever Pitch (2005). She played Katie in the drama television series Across the River to Motor City (2007).

These days she is both reading and writing scripts through the production company "Red 7". She works together with fellow actress/screen writer Brooke D'Orsay. The two have plans to collaborate on a number of projects while in Los Angeles as early as January 2004.
Majored in photography and a collection of her work was published in Stain magazine.
She starred in the 1996 IMAX film "The Hidden Dimension" narrated by James Garner.
On February 6, 2015 it was reported that she was expecting her 1st child with her husband Peter Stebbings and as of November 10, 2015 she had a daughter recently.
