- Actor
George attended college intending to become a paleontologist, but was wooed away by a friend who asked for help in making a short film. That did it. He moved to Boston where he made educational films and slide shows, then was offered a cinematographer position on "Wildlife Adventure" movies in Utah, during the lucrative "Four-Wall" movie business. "The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams" was the first of a series of family-oriented movies he filmed and edited. For years he specialized in filming animals and outdoor scenics, but when that market slowed, he transitioned to TV commercial production, industrial sales programs and Hispanic-language videos in Utah.
