Which Old School X-Men Character Is Deadpool 2 Introducing?
20th Century Fox's Deadpool 2 is shaping up to be one of 2018's most-anticipated movies, with Ryan Reynolds returning as the Merc With the Mouth. One of the most intriguing new additions to the cast is Hunt For the Wilderpeople breakout star Julian Dennison. Julian Dennison's casting was announced back in late June, but his character was never confirmed, although a new report has seemingly revealed who he's playing.

The original Deadpool movie introduced one of the more obscure X-Men characters, Negasonic Teenage Warhead, with Brianna Hildenbrand delivering a breakthrough performance that ensured the character's return in the sequel. It seems that this

For his role in We've Forgotten More Than We Ever Knew, actor Doug Jones is not accompanied by practical prosthetics, but he's just as mesmerizing as ever. With Thomas Woodrow's post-apocalyptic film hitting digital and VOD platforms beginning November 21st from The Orchard, I recently had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Jones, and in part 1 of the interview, we dive deep into his new intriguing role that required him to portray an intense paralysis.

12 Monkeys Season 3 Review

The full season was provided prior to broadcast.

12 Monkeys has the unfortunate reputation of being renowned as one of the best shows that no one watches. This is all too understandable, as its origami narrative is simply impenetrable to casual viewers tuning in midway through. Though it began with a straightforwardly Terminator-esque mission – go back in time to kill the man responsible for the apocalypse – it’s evolved into a dense temporal thicket including evolved human beings with direct connections to time itself, gigantic time-travelling cities, a plethora of knotty paradoxes, and time-muddled familial relations. No wonder the new series’ central motif is an ouroboros – a snake consuming its own tail.

Season 2 ended with one of our heroes, Cassie, being informed that her just-conceived baby will grow up to be series big bad The Witness, the sinister masked figure responsible for the deaths of 7 billion people whose lofty ambition is the destruction of time itself.

‘12 Monkeys’ Renewed for Final Season at Syfy

‘12 Monkeys’ Renewed for Final Season at Syfy
Syfy has given one more renewal to sci-fi drama “12 Monkeys.”

The third season of “12 Monkeys” won’t premiere until May, but Syfy has already ordered a fourth installment of 10 episodes. The catch: Season 4 will be the show’s last.

Syfy is adopting a different linear strategy for Season 3, as well. The entire season will air over three nights, beginning on May 19. Four episodes will air on the 19th, then three on each of the next two nights. The strategy is an answer to the anemic live ratings the show drew over its first two seasons, which grew upwards of 70% in DVR viewing.

“’12 Monkeys’ has a dedicated and enthusiastic fan-base thanks to the epic storytelling by Terry Matalas, and the stellar cast and crew,” said Jeff Wachtel, president and chief content officer, NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment. “We are thrilled to be able to offer fans an opportunity to binge the third season as a reward for their lasting support

Why is this genre becoming so popular? It could be that audiences are feeling nostalgic, or want to escape to the past because they’re tired of our modern times, or maybe it’s just that it makes for some damn good television.
