Stage actor and director; active on Broadway from 1924-1944. Sircom directed there exclusively beginning in late 1931, sustaining a two decade career with only two bona-fide hits, 1933's "Sailor, Beware!" which ran for 500 performances at the Lyceum Theatre Works") and 1944's "Ramshackle Inn" (see "Other Works").
