"Savdhaan India Maha Movie", which airs on Life Ok, is a two-hour-long movie that focuses on crime.
This week's story is based in Goa, and explores complexities of human relationships.
It focuses on the bond between a brother and his sister and revolves around the lives of Akshay, played by Chandrachur, and Ravina, essayed by Arya Banerjee.
When Akshay goes out on a family vacation, he spots Ravina and starts following her. Ravina, however, insists on her.
The film is titled "Chal Guru Ho Ja Shuru" and actor Hemant Pandey, known for playing Pandeyji in popular TV show "Office Office", will play the main lead in it.
When asked about it, Hemant confirmed that he is playing the lead role in the film and added that it focuses on fraudulent spiritual gurus.
"The film will expose all those who have turned religion into a business and the public is becoming their victim," he said.
Directed by Manoj Sharma, the film will be made under Himalaya Dreams banner and it will also star Chandrachur Singh,.
The new film is based on the novel by author Mohsin Hamid, about a Pakistani man working on Wall Street, from Cine Mosaic and Mirabai Films Production, also starring Kiefer Sutherland and Liev Schreiber for producer Lydia Dean Pilcher:
"...a young Pakistani man, graduates from Princeton, and chases corporate success on Wall Street. He finds himself embroiled in a conflict between his American Dream, a hostage crisis, and the enduring call of his family's homeland..."
Filmed in Lahore, Istanbul, New York City, Atlanta, and Delhi, cast also includes Riz Ahmed, Om Puri, Meesha Shafi, Shabana Azmi, Nelsan Ellis, Martin Donovan, Christopher Nicholas Smith, Victor Slezak, Clayton Landey, Mark Oliver, Chandrachur Singh, Steven Kulesza and Kevin Miller.

Wasseypur’s gangs never had it so good. Seeing the glorious guttural outflow of gore blood bullets and profanities in Zilla Ghaziabad one could safely(?) assume, Wasseypur is safe. So is the other release this week. Abhishek Kapoor’s Kai Po Che is as far removed from its Friday competition as flying kites are from speeding bullets.
To be fair one can’t compare two films as disparate in intent, purpose tone and treatment as Kai Po Che and Zilla Ghaziabad…except for the fact that somewhere down the line as we approach the crux and the core, both films say the same thing.

The story is based on real life incidents in Ghaziabad of a war between Satbir Gurjar played by Vivek Oberoi and Mahender Fauji Baisla played by Arshad Warsi in the 1990s. Sanjay Dutt plays the role of the rogue police officer Pritam Singh.
Zila Ghaziabad will release on 22nd February this year.
