Here’s what must be the final trailer for Twentieth Century Fox’s new movie, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. It’s set for release here in the UK 20th June and has a great cast which includes Dominic Cooper, Anthony Mackie, Benjamin Walker, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Jimmi Simpson, Alan Tudyk and Rufus Sewell.
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter explores the secret life of one of the greatest Us presidents, and the untold story that shaped a nation. Every time I hear more about Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, the more I can’t wait for its arrival. This bloody, axe-wielding, vampire-attacking trailer does not let up and this could be the perfect escapism from the hype of all the other big film releases approaching. Timur Bekmambetov’s film is penned by Seth Grahame-Smith and earlier this week, we had the first international poster. It’s out in the UK on June 20th and is sure to find an audience chomping at the bit for some good old fashioned entertainment, with a massive injection of Vampire hunting. Check out the new red band trailer here:

There’s unquestionably a lot of competition for the biggest film of the year in 2012, maybe of all-time, but one that’s lurking around intriguingly is Timur Bekmambetov’s Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. Granted, it probably won’t hit the dizzy heights of The Avengers but it looks really refreshing from the snap shots and trailers we’ve seen, so far. If you’ve missed any previous coverage, don’t forget to check out the trailer but also an insightful featurette with everyone involved talking about how this project came to be.
It opens in the UK on June 20th and check out the international poster from 20th Century Fox. We think it plays nicely, once again, on the political mixed fascinatingly with the hunting…
