While Netflix has rapidly made its foray into original programming over the years, going into everything from animated shows to family dramas, the streaming service will be going into new territory later this year, with one of its shows set to air its last season.
Hemlock Grove, which is executive produced by Eli Roth and created by Brian McGreevy and Lee Shipman, will see its upcoming third season be its last. Famke Janssen, Bill Skarsgård, Landon Liboiron, and Dougray Scott will be among the castmembers returning for the show’s last season.
With the third season set to premiere on October 23rd, a full trailer has now been released. Consisting of ten episodes, the entire season will be released at once, as per Netflix’s release model, and the trailer for the season can be seen below.

As was revealed during the summer, the Netflix Gods have not been kind to Hemlock Grove, with chief content officer Ted Sarandos confirming that Brian McGreevy and Lee Shipman’s jet-black series would come to an end after its third and final season later this year.

Back in November, Netflix renewed their hit vampire TV series Hemlock Grove for a third and final season, although we haven't heard anything about the show since. Earlier today, the streaming service debuted the first trailer for Hemlock Grove Season 3, which revealed the final season will debut in its entirety on Friday, October 23. The trailer also confirms that this last season is known as "The Final Chapter," featuring Roman (Bill Skarsgård) drinking his way through a room stocked with blood bags.

After languishing in development at 20th Century Fox for years, the post-apocalyptic project Zorro Reborn is moving forward once again, thanks to a new partnership with Lantica Media and Sobini Films. Lantica will provide the financing, with production to begin in March 2016 at Pinewood Dominican Republic Studios, with Mark Amin (Stonehearst Asylum) set to produce. Heat Vision Blog reports that the studios are currently searching for a filmmaker to take on this project.
Zorro Reborn was first in development at 20th Century Fox back in 2011, with pre-visualization specialist Rpin Suwannath then set to make his directorial debut, from a screenplay by Lee Shipman and Brian McGreevy, who would go on to create the Netflix series Hemlock Grove. Gael García Bernal was in talks to star back in 2012, but a deal never materialized. Over the years, filmmakers such as Bryan Singer, Ricardo de Montreuil, Gary Whitta and Justin Marks were attached. »
Here's something weird. Back in 2011 we reported that Zorro would be getting a post-apocalyptic reboot called "Zorro Reborn". That project was to be helmed by Rpin Suwannath, a previz guy who worked on X-Men, The Matrix and Chronicles of Narnia movies.
Well here we are again! THR are reporting that Zorro Reborn has found new life with a partnership between Lantica Media and Sobini Films.
