Charlie Brooks hasn't ruled out a return to 'EastEnders'. The 32-year-old actress, whose treacherous character Janine Butcher is set to exit the show soon, has revealed she can't bear the thought of never playing the legendary villain and could see herself returning to Walford in future. Charlie said: ''I've loved my time on the show and I would hate to think that I might never get to play Janine again. However, it's time for a new challenge in my life.'' Keeley Hawes, currently starring in Line of Duty, has been named as the Time Lord's next foe. Given her cult pedigree and acting prowess, she's a brilliant choice

Line of Duty star Keeley Hawes has been cast as the villain in the new series of Doctor Who, to screen later this year on BBC1. She will play Ms Delphox, a villainous banker with a dark secret. It's another impressive feat from casting director Andy Pryor, and proof that the biggest names will still jump at travelling to Cardiff and doing lots of silly work with green screen.

Hawes said of the news: "I am delighted to join Doctor Who and to be working with this incredible team. Ms Delphox is a great character and someone I've had a lot of fun playing."
