Charlie Sheen Sued For $20 Million over Reality Show

Charlie Sheen is being sued for $20 million. The former 'Two and a Half Men' star has been accused of destroying a planned reality TV project about himself and his family by a television producer working with his estranged uncle, Joe Estevez.Ed Meyer claims the 45-year-old star conspired to intentionally interfere with contractual relations and alleges his parents, 'West Wing' star Martin Sheen and his wife Janet, acted as "co-conspirators" in killing the program. However, they were not named as co-defendants. The suit, which was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday (03-29-11) and used Charlie's birth name Carlos Irwin Estevez, claims: "Starting on January 4, 2010, Defendant Carlos Irwin Estevez, along with co-conspirators Martin Sheen and Janet Sheen, all non-parties to the Reality Show deal, did internationally and tortuously: threaten, interfere with and restrain, and also conspire to: threaten, interfere with and restrain the Plaintiff's reality »

Access Hollywood has learned new information about Charlie Sheen's voluntary check-in to rehab on Friday.

According to a source, there was a meeting at the "Two and a Half Men" star's home on Friday prior to his entrance into the rehab facility. His mother, Janet Sheen, and father Martin Sheen were at the house.

Martin had spent the night before at his son's home and was trying to convince him to check into rehab, the source previously told Access.

By the early afternoon on Friday, the decision had been made and Martin was the one who drove ...
