NBC released the first full-length trailer for the Will & Grace reboot on Monday, and it's a little meta.

The show's stars Debra Messing and Eric McCormack appear to be portraying their beloved characters Grace Adler and Will Truman, but are also aware that they're returning to star on a beloved sitcom. Grace admits that she has her doubts about doing the show for a second time.

Attempting to convince her, Will takes her to the old Will & Grace set, where they find Karen Walker, portrayed by Megan Mullally, asleep on the couch. Jack McFarland, played by Sean Hayes, later bursts through the front door of the set apartment, and they both seem to be confused as Will explains that Grace is questioning doing the show again.

Trailer Watch: Alison Brie and Aubrey Plaza are Raunchy Nuns in “The Little Hours”

19 April 2017 9:01 AM, PDT | Women and Hollywood | See recent Women and Hollywood news »

The Little Hours

Nuns are usually depicted as stern, stoic, and cloistered away from the debauchery of the wider world. A Nsfw trailer has landed for “The Little Hours,” and never before have we seen the likes of the (un)holy ladies at the center of the comedy. A passerby greets the Sisters by commenting on the beautiful weather, and his innocuous, pleasant remark is not received well. “Hey! Don’t fucking talk to us,” they chide him, calling him a “fucking creep.”

“Medieval nuns Alessandra (Alison Brie), Fernanda (Aubrey Plaza), and Ginevra (Kate Micucci) lead a simple life in their convent. Their days are spent chafing at monastic routine, spying on one another, and berating the estate’s day laborer,” the film’s official synopsis details. “After a particularly vicious insult session drives the peasant away, Father Tommasso (John C. Reilly) brings on new hired hand Massetto (Dave Franco), a virile young servant forced into hiding by his angry lord. Introduced to the sisters as a deaf-mute to discourage temptation, Massetto struggles to maintain his cover as the repressed nunnery erupts in a whirlwind of pansexual horniness, substance abuse, and wicked revelry.”

According to a priest who tallies the Sisters’ sins, their offenses include filthy conversation, lustfulness, homosexuality, and eating blood. But it’s not all fun and games for the nuns at the convent. Alessandra complains of being “stuck here with all of these bitches.”

The Little Hours” received strong reviews at Sundance, where it made its world premiere in January. The film’s cast includes Molly Shannon and “Girls’” Jemima Kirke.

Written and directed by Jeff Baena (“Life After Beth”), “The Little Hours” hits theaters June 30.

Red Band trailer for Alison Brie & Audrey Plaza’s The Little Hours is full of not so saintly nuns

Author: Zehra Phelan

Put down your food and drinks ladies and gentleman, the newly released red band trailer for The Little Hours is full of flying female hormones of the religious kind, who would have thought a bunch of nuns could be such brazen hussies?

The trailer starts innocent enough with sweeping cuts to Father Tommasso holding mass, to a Nun sitting quietly in her room partaking in a little embroidery until a poor farmer greets the nuns only to be greeted with a tirade of obscenities before the heavy laden foul-mouthed rap soundtrack kicks in, not as out as place as you would have thought for a period piece.

Before you know it, the talk of sex explodes into lustful thoughts and actions as Dave Franco’s Massetto is introduced into the convent as he goes into hiding.

The period comedy takes its adaptation from the first tale of »
