Elaine Schreyeck was born in 1924 in London, England. She is known for her work on Superman (1978), The Omen (1976) and Live and Let Die (1973).

Entered film industry in September 1941 at Paramount Pictures in Wardour Street, London.
In February 1942, joined Ealing Studios under Michael Balcon to work in the script department before becoming secretary to director Basil Dearden.
In July 1943, worked on first film as continuity/script supervisor, until her retirement in 1986.
