Ted Rusoff was born on May 20, 1939 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He is known for his work on The Passion of the Christ (2004), Farhat: The Prince of the Desert (2004) and The Last Temptation of Christ (1988). He was married to Carolyn De Fonseca. He died on September 28, 2013 in Rome, Lazio, Italy.

After many years of dubbing work, he started to appear in small (often uncredited) on-screen roles in 1980; often playing religious figures like priests, monks, rabbis etc.
Son of producer Lou Rusoff.
Has worked actively with dubbing foreign (mostly Italian) films into English since 1963. He has worked as sync-adapter and dubbing director of more than 500 films, and as a voice-dubber he has appeared in more than 1000 films.
Nephew of Samuel Z. Arkoff.
Frequently works opposite his wife Carolyn De Fonseca, who is also a veteran voice dubber.
