Deadmau5 is pushing on with his joint tour with Ultra Worldwide, an effort that sees the Canadian producer touching down at the esteemed festival brand’s various international events in Europe and Asia. We’ve already heard his full live set from his stint in Singapore from last weekend, and now an audio rip of his full performance from Ultra Japan has surfaced on the internet.
As expected, deadmau5’s Ultra Japan set weighs heavy with his own material, opening with 2014’s “Avaritia” from while(1<2) before touching on better known tunes like “Strobe,” “Faxing Berlin,” and “Fml” later on in the tracklist. Fans will also be pleased to know that a few unreleased IDs made their way into the mix as well. Overall, »

Then again, this is deadmau5 we’re talking about, and if you for some reason weren’t able to catch his performance yesterday either live or via the stream, we highly suggest you remedy that by checking it out below. »

As you may or may not know, The Prodigy had to cancel their set last night at Ultra Music Festival. They were supposed to close the Live Stage, but instead, organizers found themselves scrambling to find a replacement, and in a surprising turn of events, they found deadmau5.
Already set to play on the Asot stage later today, festivalgoers were thrilled to hear that they’d be getting a double dose of the mau5. And as expected, he didn’t disappoint. Dropping tracks both old and new, as well as an ID, it was an hour of perfection, as Joel put on a showcase that only left us wanting more.
Thankfully, we don’t have too long to wait to see him again, as the producer will take to the stage at 6:50pm today for his second set of the weekend. And, given that this one will no doubt »
