Rocha's family heritage is Portugese and Italian.

She is best known to comedic audiences as the "Atlantic American flight attendant" who had a humorous fight with Ben Stiller's character at the airport in the 2000 hit comedy Meet the Parents (2000). She appears briefly in the sequel, Meet the Fockers (2004) as well, reprising her role.

Grew up in Providence, Rhode Island.

She filmed all of her "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (1997) season 7 scenes in one day as she was acting in a play at the time and would not be available.

Son, Barlow Aix Krikorian, was born August 4, 2008.

Daughter, Savria Dune Krikorian, was born January 25, 2011.
