Cincinnati-born, Northern California-raised, Wendy Robie is first and foremost a product of the stage. However, she is popular for the mentally deranged characters she has played before-the-camera including, Nadine Hurley in David Lynch's Twin Peaks (1990), "Woman" in Wes Craven's The People Under the Stairs (1991), and the possessed zealot in Wes Craven's Vampire in Brooklyn (1995) 'police station' scene.
