Jennifer Love Hewitt Previews Danger, Fetishes and Happy Endings Ahead on The Client List Season 2

  • TVfanatic
The Client List is back in business on Lifetime tonight - and while there’s sure to be drama with Jennifer Love Hewitt's Riley now that she’s running The Rub - the show’s very adult massage parlor - but other questions also linger heading into the Season 2 premiere:

Has her ex truly redeemed himself? Will Riley’s lingering feelings for her brother-in-law go away or heat up?

I sat down on the infamous Sunset Strip with Hewitt and co-star Loretta Devine for the scoop on what’s coming in the show’s second season.

Redeeming the Ex?

Riley’s ex, Kyle (Brian Hallisay) is not going to pull another disappearing act, as Hewitt previewed that he wants his wife and family back: “Kyle’s not giving up without a fight. I think the audience is going to be surprised about how they’re going to change their minds about Kyle.

90210 Scoop: Rob Mayes Previews Colin’s Big Reveal Tonight

Will Riley expose Colin for the liar he is? Rob gives HollywoodLife.com a taste of the drama to come on tonight's '90210.' Last week's 90210 revealed Colin's (Rob Mayes) devious plot to take down Max's company, and on the Nov. 19 episode, the drama with Annie's (Shenae Grimes) new boyfriend finally comes to a head. "There are definitely more surprises coming," Rob tells HollywoodLife.com. "Riley and Colin revisit each other." Though Rob won't confirm my suspicion that Colin's 90210 journey ends tonight, he says he's been surprised at the outpouring of support for his character. That's right, support. "The tweets started coming in once my episodes started airing," Rob tells me. "Fans were saying, 'This is making me think, actually. Maybe it's not just Annie and Liam!'" Rob also admits that Colin's dark side was as much of a surprise for him as it was for the audience. "I

The Client List Review: Everyone's Got a Secret

  • TVfanatic
I enjoyed last week's premiere of The Client List, I liked "Turn the Page" even more.

It started off with linen day at the spa, which delivered some of the sexy humor that makes this show so much fun. As the women ogled the gorgeous guy folding the new towels, Riley gave us a great The Client List quote…

I don't know if he's so hot because he's gorgeous or because he can actually do laundry. | permalink

Isn't that the truth? But it's also one of the things I like about this show: it doesn't take itself too seriously.

Riley's bigger problems came to light pretty quickly. First off, Kyle may have called her but he hung up never uttering a word. Then when she tried to call back his cell phone was disconnected. Of course, the not knowing what's going on with her hubby was making her crazy.

Georgia's

The Client List Review: The Lure of Happy Endings

  • TVfanatic
Provocative and daring yet full of heart, Lifetime's new series The Client List starring Jennifer Love Hewitt walked a line few shows could navigate. By the end of the premiere, "The Rub of Sugarland" had me desiring more.

Hewitt plays Riley Parks, Texas wife and mother of two. Riley's life was far from perfect.

She and her husband Kyle were both out of work, the bills piled up and job prospects were slim. The stress had taken its toll on their marriage despite the makeup sex at a family party that I thought might just culminate on the kitchen table. Thankfully, they moved the private party away from prying eyes.

Riley had the makings of a true Southern heroine. She's as captivating as a cold glass of sweet tea on a hot day coupled with a steel core that would surprise those around her, maybe even Riley herself.

Kyle walked

Robert Pattinson’s Edward, Victoria (Bryce Dallas Howard), Riley (Xavier Samuel) Eclipse Photo

Robert Pattinson, Xavier Samuel, Bryce Dallas Howard in David Slade’s The Twilight Saga: Eclipse Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) caught by Riley (Xavier Samuel) and Victoria (Bryce Dallas Howard) in Eclipse. Just a publicity shot or an actual scene from the film? Will Riley and Victoria try to break Edward’s arm or his neck? Both? Either way, Robert Pattinson is wearing way too much white powder on his face. Perhaps that’s why his Edward looks so unhappy in this shot; after all, the handsome vampire is fully aware that those of his kind aren’t easily "breakable." I hope that on screen Pattinson’s/Edward’s face will look more naturalistic than in some of the photos that have been released online. Come to think of it, [...]
