Shane Richie was born on March 11, 1964 in Harlesden, London, England as Shaun Patrick Roche. He is an actor, known for EastEnders (1985), Flushed Away (2006) and Risen (2010). He has been married to Christie Goddard since July 21, 2007. They have three children. He was previously married to Coleen Nolan.

Singer of the official 2003 Children in Need (1980) single "I'm Your Man", which peaked at #2 in the UK charts. [November 2002]
Invested £500,000 of his own money into Malcolm Needs' Shoreditch (2003), which grossed only £2,270 from a budget of £6 million. The film was shown in cinemas for a week, after which it closed due to poor box office returns and critical reaction. Shoreditch (2003) is one of the most un- profitable British films of all time.
He once pulled a man from a blazing vehicle at a petrol station.
Was named after his mother's favourite film, Shane (1953).
