  • Sondra Lee Acting Workshop (4 1/2 years), NY, NY, Contemporary Stage Method, Cold Reading, Sondra Lee, 2002
Sondra Lee is a top personal instructor. She was hot in the 80's as an onset acting coach, and held that position on Places in the Heart, and The Last of the Mohicans. She's pretty much real deal holyfield if you know what I mean, and my classmates included world reknowned artists from all walks of entertainment, film, theater, music, literature. If you don't know of her, you should. It was an ongoing workshop that I attended for 4 years
  • Groundlings (Basic, Intermediate), Los Angeles, CA, Improvisation (Character), Tim Bagley, Margee McGee, 2007
Studied first two classes there, but was performing consistently elsewhere. Tim was great, a working actor who enjoyed teaching a class during the writer's strike.
  • LA Connection, Los Angeles, CA, Improvisation, Devon, 2008
This place is solid for beginners, which I was not.
  • Westside Comedy Theater (Full Program), Santa Monica, CA, Improvisation, Various, 2013
Went through the whole program, member of the community. Love this place, if you haven't been you're behind the times.
  • Keith Johnstone, Chicago, Illinois , Master Intensive Improvisation Hosted by Second City and Colombia College, Keith Johnstone, 2010
Four days, 8 hours per day, improvisational technique.
  • LAVCC, Los Angeles, CA, Fencing, Carl Oberg, 2014
1 on 1 instruction, beginning fencing (ongoing)

  • Downeast Bad Musicals Festival, 3rd Place, 2005
Yeah, I know you never heard of it, but I picked up a guitar for the first time and strummed one chord to "Somewhere Out There" while singing the tune. Its was fraking hysterical and the show came in third place at the three week festival.

  • Phil Paralisi, He's a member of the Actor's Studio (he's also a freaking great actor)
