In related casting news, Entourage’s Perry Reeves will guest in an upcoming episode as a high-powered “fixer,” who will go to any lengths to get her clients what they need.

Fox’s struggling office comedy about a security company, Breaking In, is bringing in two notable guest stars to do an homage to one the show’s leading actor’s earlier film roles. The show has brought on Entourage’s Perrey Reeves and Hellcat’s Aly Michalka. The two will be a team of sorts, united against an enemy that really hasn’t deserved their hatred: Veronica. Not only are they bonded by their cruelty, but they also share the same name.

According to TV Guide, Reeves and Michalka will both be playing women named Heather, with Perry playing Heather O., Veronica’s longtime Rival and one of the heads of Ocp, while Michalka will be playing Heather Y., Heather O.’s assistant. The two will up to no good when they visit Contra, with Heather O. insisting she’s only their to film a corporate video when in reality she seeks to humiliate Veronica. »

Steve: Entertaining, vintage NCIS.

Matt: Incomplete; foreshadowing.

Eric: Unexpected, amusing.

What was your favorite one-liner from the episode?

Steve: It was more of a several-liner, but Ducky nailed it in the morgue with his psychoanalysis of Tony. That was such a great scene. I also loved Tony and McGee in the car, and how their relationship has evolved over the years. Tony's definitely going easy on Probe-a-licious of late and even gives him props now and then! McGee is a good listener.

NCIS Review: The Secret Life of Tony Dinozzo

After last week's unorthodox 200th episode event, NCIS returned to traditional form tonight with "Secrets," an installment better embodying the series' vintage blend of humor, relationships and crime-solving.

In the wake of an episode that asked "what if" on such a grand scale, it was hard not to play a similar game this week as well. After meeting the infamous Wendy, Dinozzo's ex-fiancee, can't you see the connection?

Clearly he still felt it. Having not spoken to her in nine and a half years since being dumped the day before their wedding, Tony found himself serving as Wendy's press liaison ... and making out with her in front of her son.

Not what he envisioned going into this case, and certainly not what I expected either. To the extent that chemistry can be present in a couple who split up a decade ago, these two certainly had it.

The ex – as in Tony onetime fiancée, Wendy – marks the spot this Tuesday on NCIS (CBS, 8/7c), with Entourage‘s Perrey Reeves playing the very important woman from Agent Dinozzo’s past.

“It’s interesting — she jumped from [Jeremy] Piven to [me],” Michael Weatherly says of his new scene partner. “God knows what she thinks of that transition.”

Though previously referred to on the show as a music teacher, “Wendy, in a classic His Girl Friday set-up, is now an investigative journalist who is tied up in some investigation into some Navy ‘cat,’” Weatherly shared during a visit to TVLine’s Times Square offices. »

Any shippers for Tony and Ziva on NCIS may have to wait just a little bit longer for any kind of payoff now that Perrey Reeves has been tapped to play Tony’s long talked about but never seen ex fiancée. Despite a scene in the latest episode that was ripe with romantic tension between Tony and Ziva, the series just isn’t ready to commit the two to each other. In fact, there moment was ruined by a phone call from Ziva’s CIA boyfriend, who is set to appear in the next episode making him very much still in play.

According to TV Guide, Wendy (Reeves) is supposed to be a quick-witted investigative journalist who finally makes an appearance during the Valentine’s Day episode. She’ll force her way into an NCIS investigation where she will come face to face with Tony. »

We’ve got ourselves a horse race, folks! Parks and Recreation has tapped Paul Rudd to play Leslie’s opponent in Pawnee’s hotly-contested race for City Council.

Details surrounding his role are scarce, but per Vulture (which broke the news), Rudd’s politico will pop up on Parks within the next month. Meanwhile, as we first reported, Free Agents‘ Kathryn Hahn will play an adviser to Rudd’s character.

No word yet on whether Rudd will share scenes with his I Love You, Man leading lady — and Parks and Rec star — Rashida Jones.

Perrey Reeves to Play Wendy on NCIS

The closing scenes featuring Tony and Ziva - and the impending return of her boyfriend Ci-Ray Cruz (Enrique Murciano) - certainly had fans buzzing after last week's NCIS. Now, prepare yourself for the latest wrinkle:

Perrey Reeves has been cast as Wendy, Tony's ex-fiancee.

A quick-witted investigative journalist who goes to whatever lengths necessary to get her story, Wendy will be reunited with Tony and must relive the emotions of their shared past, according to TV Guide.

Reeves' potentially recurring role begins on Valentine's Day.

Tony's former engagement was first revealed in "Baltimore," the third-to-last episode last season, during which a younger Dinozzo revealed to his partner in flashbacks that he had proposed to Wendy.

"Wendy has been mentioned many times, and now we'll finally get to meet her," executive producer Gary Glasberg says. "Wendy needed to possess all the qualities Tony would look for in a woman and then some. »
