Bollywood actress Lisa Ray is to wed after accepting her boyfriend's marriage proposal during a romantic vacation.

The Kasoor star, who overcame cancer in 2010, was ecstatic when her businessman beau, Jason Dehni, popped the question in Napa Valley, California.

Announcing the happy news on Twitter.com, she posted a photo of the pair grinning widely as she showed off her diamond ring, alongside the words, "Just returned from the glorious Napa Valley - the gourmand's and wine-lovers' paradise. Engaged to the love of my life. Jason Dehni proposed in Napa. happiestdayever."

And she is already overwhelmed by the congratulatory messages she's receiving from her fans.
