Oscar winners Haddock Films and Tornasol Films are re-teaming with Telefonica-owned Argentine broadcaster Telefe, also a backer of Juan Jose Campanella’s Academy Award laurelled “The Secret in Their Eyes,” on Rodrigo Grande’s upcoming suspense thriller “Al final del tunel.”

In one of the most awaited local releases of 2016, Warner Bros. Pictures will launch the film in Argentina on April 14. Latido Films, an emerging sales force in the Latin American film industry, is handling world sales.

Pic toplines Leonardo Sbaraglia – memorable as the one-fingering car driver of Damian Szifron’s “Wild Tales” and soon to be seen in Hernan Belon’s anticipated “Sangre en la boca” – a Ventana Sur 7th Primer Corte player.

The top-notch Argentine-Spanish cast also features Pablo Echarri (“Burnt Money”), Clara Lago (“Spanish Affair”) and Federico Luppi (“A Matter of Principles”).

Sbaraglia plays Joaquin, a man in a wheelchair who rents a room in his house »
