'Homeland' Season 2: Who's most likely to be a mole?

2 October 2012 12:11 PM, PDT | Zap2It - From Inside the Box | See recent Zap2It - From Inside the Box news »

You know you've been thinking about it too. Which seemingly peaceful "Homeland" good guy is actually working for the dark side -- Abu Nazir and Al Qaeda? Here are four predictions on the character that might actually not be who you think they are.

1. David Estes (David Harewood) -- This might be an obvious choice to include but let's be real: Estes has gone out of his way, at every moment to sabotage Carrie. Even in the pilot episode of Season 1, he continuously disrupted her questioning of Sargent Brody (Damian Lewis) right after he got back to the U.S. Does he know Carrie knows too much? Is he Nazir's main pawn at attacking America? What do we not yet know from his past that might make him a mole?

2. Dana Brody (Morgan Saylor) --- It's already pretty shocking that Dana revealed Brody's religion in the Season 2 opener. What's »

"True Blood" Recap: "Too Cute to Be Goo"

25 June 2012 8:30 AM, PDT | The Backlot | See recent The Backlot news »

Following last week's relative snoozer, this week's True Blood once again had chicken-fried batsh*t on the menu, with all sorts of minor revelations and developments adding up to one complicated humdinger of an episode.

Strap on your bib and let's dig in!

We start off with a shot from the Channel 5 Vampcam - new vamp (and newly-exfoliated) Tara (Rutina Wesley) is wandering around in the woods gazing at the sky and looking at squirrels. Ah - I get it - becoming a vampire is just like that time I ate mushrooms and went to the planetarium. Now it all makes sense! She runs from Sookie (Anna Paquin) and Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) and ends up almost eating a girl with a flat tire - but she sees her own vampy reflection in the windshield, apologizes, and scoots off. She's pretty fast for someone who's so hungry, isn't she? She must have grabbed a Snickers. »

22 May 2012 8:29 PM, PDT | DreadCentral.com | See recent Dread Central news »

Alan Ball will be stepping down as showrunner of "True Blood" at the end of Season 5, and now we know who will replace him should HBO renew the series for a Season 6. But before we get ahead of ourselves, here are the synopses of Episodes 5.01, 5.02, and 5.03, airing June 10, 17, and 24.

According to Deadline, co-executive producer Mark Hudis will be upped to executive producer/showrunner for Season 6 as part of an overall deal he has signed with HBO. The two-year pact also includes a development component.

Hudis has been on "True Blood" for two seasons — last year’s Season 4 and Season 5, which premieres June 10th. While his and Ball’s paths previously crossed on the CBS comedy series "Cybill", where they co-wrote several episodes during the 1997-98 season, the two first met two decades ago working at trade publication AdWeek. While leaving "True Blood" full-time after Season 5, Ball is staying in business »
