New Mirror Mirror movie delivered kidlike fun,storyline seemed very flat & more. Relativity Media released their half-baked Snow White flick "Mirror Mirror" into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out,and,in my personal opinion,it was very,very flat. However, I think that it is good for the kids. I think that's what they were shooting for. If it wasn't,they really messed up. I can't believed this movie was ever being compared to the upcoming "Snow White and the Huntsman" flick with Kristen Stewart. It won't even compare,plus it's for a more adult audience. Synopsis:
An evil queen has taken control of the Kingdom away from Snow White, its rightful heir. She must enlist the help of seven bandit dwarves and a dashing prince to win it back.
It was a 'family screening' on Sunday morning, a week before the film’s release. The PR companies hold these things to spread word of mouth. The place was done to the nines, with free Millies cookies and dwarves dressed up as characters from the film. Bill Oddie was standing by the toilets with a grandchild, but he was a guest, rather than a participant, of the festivities.

I find it absolutely impossible not to be drawn in by Tarsem Singh's visuals. The guy knows how to paint an optical feast and on the heels of Immortals, The Fall and The Cell, his kid-targeted Snow White tale, Mirror Mirror, is no different. And as far as general audiences are concerned, it may to be his most accessible feature yet.
Accompanying all its scenic splendor, Mirror Mirror is an innocent, farcical take on the story of Snow White without devolving into annoying slapstick. As far as I can tell it seems to hit most of the typical plot points of an evil queen attempting to kill the "fairer" princess who eventually falls in love with the dashing prince, enter the seven dwarfs and yadda, yadda, yadda... the end. Before it even hit the box office, "Mirror Mirror" was viewed with a critical eye as two Snow White adaptations had announced their release dates a month apart. But with the release of the trailers, it was clear that the two movies were very different. The Tarsem Singh film is a quirky comedy from the vantage point of the Evil Queen (Julia Roberts) over the traditional Snow White (Lily Collins), while "Snow White and the Huntsman" is about the epic battle Snow White (Kristen Stewart) must fight for her life. Unfortunately for those involved in the former, as the reviews pour in, it's obvious the movie is making critics grumpy.

Relativity Media today released a sneak peek of the seven dwarves that appear in its upcoming adaptation of the Snow White story, Mirror Mirror. You can watch it below.
Mirror Mirror is a new family-friendly twist on the classic fairy tale. The featurette includes new footage from the film and the seven actors discussing their roles as the rebel “bandits” training Snow White to face the Evil Queen and reclaim her kingdom.
The diminutive heroes are played by Jordan Prentice, Mark Povinelli, Joe Gnoffo, Danny Woodburn, Sebastian Saraceno, Martin Klebba, and Ronald Lee Clark.
