'NCIS' Recap: Why Does Tony Meet with Dr. Jeanne Benoit?
Last time on NCIS, the team rescued Secretary of the Navy Sarah Porter's daughter from a kidnapper bent on revenge. Of course, Gibbs was one step ahead of the kidnappers the whole time. That's part of the reason why we love him.

This episode of NCIS, "Loose Cannons," finds the team investigating a murder that takes place when some crates of weapons are stolen. Dr. Cyril Taft (Jon Cryer) lends the team a hand, and an uncomfortable Tony runs into his ex-love, Dr. Jeanne Benoit (Scottie Thompson). I love it when Dr. Taft makes an appearance.

NCIS Review: Farewell to Ziva

  • TVfanatic
Well, there you have it:

The Tony and Ziva moment so many have hoped for (or dreaded) has finally happened. They had their romance, albeit in a bittersweet way. The way they ended it seemed believable and sad, given the fact that this was Cote de Pablo's final episode with NCIS, at least for now.  Fortunately, in "Past, Present, and Future," she was left alive in Israel, while Tony hopped a plane back to the U.S.

Like last week, the show was packed with detail - although this time, it seemed to flow a little more fluidly. Plus, we got to meet an interesting and ruthless new Secretary of the Navy named Sarah Porter. Her impatience and demand for action left little to the imagination: she didn't want Parsa found and tried in court. She wanted him dead. You have to love an unequivocal order like that:

SecNav Porter: Gentlemen,

'NCIS' Season 11 premiere (part two) -- 'Past, Present and Future': Friends, enemies and lovers

First up, in the interests of blood-pressure management, people died in the conclusion of the "NCIS" season premiere, called "Past, Present and Future," which aired on CBS Tuesday (Oct. 1), but no good guys. So, sit down, take a deep breath and have a glass of water. All will be well.

We're still following a two-track story, which begins in May (when last season ended) and picks up in October (which is today). Nice how that works out, huh? Agent Tony Dinozzo (Michael Weatherly) is in Israel, trying to track down his favorite fellow agent, Ziva David (Cote de Pablo).

Meanwhile, back in DC, Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and Agent Tim McGee (Sean Murray) are trying to locate members of the Brotherhood of Doubt -- Ok, that's a strange name for a terror cell, because terrorists are usually pretty darn sure at least about what they Don't like,
