Sally Payne was born on September 5, 1912 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. She was an actress, known for Rodeo Dough (1940), Jesse James at Bay (1941) and Young Bill Hickok (1940). She was married to Arthur F. Kelly and William Telaak. She died on May 8, 1999 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Trivia (4)

Sally left film in the early 1940's to marry her current husband, Arthur F. Kelly who was president of Western Airlines in the 1970's. His claim to fame is in creating "Wally"...the "Only Way to Fly" bird!
They have two sons and three grandchildren.
Ran a small bookstore in Bel Air called "The Bookworm". She and her son Jim, were both creators in several children's books.
Starred in westerns for Republic and in comedy shorts for MGM and RKO.
