Pasha (short for Pavel) was born and raised in Moscow, Russia, where he studied Dramatic Acting at the Modern Arts University. After moving to Toronto in 1996 he continued his education in the Film & Video Department of York University. Since 1999 Pasha established himself as a sought-after DP, working in commercials, music videos, and dramatic films. Today behind Pasha's belt - over 50 short films, 6 features and numerous music videos. Pasha holds awards for Best Cinematography from New York Short Film Festival (2004), WildSound Film Festival (2008), and a Kodak Cinesiege Award (2004). Project lensed by Pasha won numerous awards across the globe, participating in festivals like Edmonton International Film Festival, Cravefest, Hollywood Dv Festival, and many more.
