"The Amazing Spider-Man," as you know, is a complete reboot of the Spider-Man story, featuring an entirely different cast than the Sam Raimi series of films. Well, actually, that's not exactly true. There is one actor (not counting the Stan Lee cameos) who was in both Sam Raimi's "Spider-Man" and Marc Webb's "The Amazing Spider-Man": Michael Papajohn.
In "Spider-Man," Papajohn played the thief who killed Uncle Ben after a carjacking gone wrong. (This plot point was later retroactively changed in "Spider-Man 3.") Later, Peter Parker unleashed his vengeance against Papajohn's carjacker, which created the personality of Raimi's "Spider-Man." In "The Amazing Spider-Man," Papajohn plays a limo driver who unfortunately winds up in the wrong place at the wrong time as The Lizard unleashes an attack on the Williamsburg Bridge.

Psychological thriller “The Fields” had its world premiere April 17 at Laemmle Music Hall 3 in Beverly Hills, and Academy Award winner and Hollywood legend Cloris Leachman joined her cast members on the red carpet. Attendees included “The Fields” co-star Joshua Ormond, writer/producer B. Harrison Smith, producer Faust Checho and stars such as Valerie Harper, Adria Tennor, Leilani Sarelle, Michael Papajohn, Barbara Alyn Woods and more. “The Fields” will run from April 20-26 at 1Pm at the Laemmle NoHo 7, 5240 Lankershim Blvd. in North Hollywood.
