- Frank's first acting role was "Bob the Saw" in 3 Penny Opera, at Fort Mason in San Francisco. He went on to study acting and theatre at SF City College and SF State University, and performed at The Julian, Theatre Artaud, The San Francisco Rep, and other Bay Area venues. Then Frank headed east to earn an MFA at the Yale School of Drama.
