Anthony Mackie and Evangeline Lilly share photos from the Avengers 4 set

Over the past few months, we’ve seen numerous stars from the Marvel Cinematic Universe confirming their involvement with the Avengers: Infinity War follow-up, and now we’ve got two more names for Avengers 4 with both Anthony Mackie (Sam Wilson/Falcon) and Evangeline Lilly (Hope Van Dyne/Wasp) sharing images from the set…

Evangeline Lilly (@EvangelineLilly) December 14, 2017

While there’s nothing really exciting there, it’s interesting to note that Lilly is sporting her Ant-Man hairstyle, as opposed to the longer haircut she has in the upcoming sequel Ant-Man and the Wasp. So, does this mean that Ant-Man and the Wasp will take place after the two Avengers movies, despite being released in between them? Or might we be seeing another flashback?

Marvel’s Kevin Feige says future Avengers movies will take place in space

Although Marvel is keeping its Phase Four plans tightly under wraps, we do know that the studio plans on delving further into the cosmic universe post-Avengers 4, with Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn helping Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige to help shape this side of the McU.

Well, it seems this cosmic emphasis won’t just apply to the likes of the Guardians and Thor, as Feige has revealed at Brazil’s Comic-Con Experience that future Avengers movies will see Earth’s Mightiest Heroes venturing into outer space.

“If the Avengers survive, we will see more films with them in space,” said Feige (via Talkies Network). “I love and would like to see more films in space.”

It is expected that the McU will receive a major shake up after Avengers: Infinity War and its untitled sequel, with characters such as Doctor Strange and Captain Marvel coming to the forefront.

Jeremy Renner teases his Hawkeye Avengers 4 costume as Gwyneth Paltrow shares spoilery behind the scenes video

Jeremy Renner has teased an image of what looks to be his Hawkeye/Ronin costume for Avengers 4 and Gwyneth Paltrow has had a spoiler-filled behind the scenes video deleted.

The question of just who is going to turn up in Avengers 4, or rather, who will survive Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War, is one that is asked often. Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye is a character that will be showing up however, and the actor has shared on Instagram a shot of himself in costume (prior spy photos have indicated that he’ll be getting a brand new suit as he moves over to his Ronin persona).

The shadowy photo was posted along with the caption: “Costume on point today … what do you think?”

Meanwhile, Gwyneth Paltrow, who plays Pepper Potts in the McU, may have just given away a pretty big spoiler regarding her character in Avengers 4.

Marvel’s Kevin Feige compares Chris Evans’ Captain America to Christopher Reeve’s Superman

It’s fair to say that a few eyebrows were raised when Marvel first announced that the former Human Torch Chris Evans would be taking on the role of Steve Rogers, a.k.a. Captain America, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, Evans has since won over any critics with his superb performances in the Captain America and Avengers films, and Marvel StudiosKevin Feige has been singing the actor’s praises in an interview with Vanity Fair, where he compared him to Christopher Reeve’s Man of Steel.

“Casting Captain America was super hard,” said Feige. “I started to think, ‘Are we not going to be able to find Captain America, and if we can’t, what are we going to do with Avengers? Is the whole thing going to fall apart?’ And, then, finally opening ourselves up to Chris Evans, who we had initially sort of just looked

Marvel’s Kevin Feige explains how to build a cinematic universe

Over the past decade, Kevin Feige has led Marvel Studios to phenomenal success, with the Marvel Cinematic Universe becoming the highest-grossing movie franchise in history with over $13 billion in box office receipts. This success has prompted several other attempts at shared universes, although the likes of Warner’s DC Extended Universe and Universal Dark Universe have not yet managed to reach the same kind of critical and commercial heights.

During an interview with Vanity Fair, Feige was asked what advice he’d give to those looking to build their own universes, responding that:

“The only advice, and I’ve sort of said this already today, is don’t worry about the universe. Worry about the movie. We never set out to build a universe. We set out to make a great Iron Man movie, a Hulk movie, a Thor movie and then be able to do what, at the time,

Avengers: Infinity War set photo may feature a major Hulk spoiler

In lieu of an Incredible Hulk solo movie, which due to rights issues with Universal is unfortunately off the table for the time being, Marvel Studios announced that the Green Goliath will be getting his own three-movie arc across Thor: Ragnarok, Avengers: Infinity War and the as-yet-untitled Avengers 4.

As we saw in Thor: Ragnarok, Banner had remained in his Hulk form for two years, as his alter-ego developed more intelligence and the ability to speak, and now thanks to a set photo from Atlanta Filming on Twitter, we may have an idea where this arc is set to take us next in Avengers: Infinity War

Well… to rock all of y'all's world a little more. Have fun figuring this out. (Btw Marvel said it was ok to put this out I have just been holding to torture everyone) pic.twitter.com/SzTmPYeDyI

Elizabeth Olsen confirms Scarlet Witch return in Avengers 4

It’s common knowledge by now that Avengers: Infinity War and its as-yet-untitled sequel is set to really shake up the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with the two-part superhero epic serving as a finale for several characters, as well as launching the McU into a new direction for Phase Four and beyond.

It’s expected as part of this finale that some of our favourites may find themselves falling in battle against Thanos and his minions. However, it seems that Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch will at least make it through to Avengers 4, as the actress has confirmed her involvement in the 2019 release by sharing a photo to social media showing a rather nasty bruise she’s suffered during filming…

Another Key Cast Member Of Infinity War Has Been Confirmed For Avengers 4

“There was an idea…to bring together a group of remarkable people, see if they could become something more. See if they could work together when we needed them to fight the battles we never could.”

That is, in a nutshell, the Avengers Initiative, Nick Fury’s larger-than-life masterplan that involved assembling Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. It’s not without its flaws, of course; despite his best intentions, thrusting Cap and Iron Man together under the same roof seeded a full-blown Civil War, and the fallout of that historic event is still being felt across the four corners of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

How do we know? Well, for one, the teaser trailer for Avengers: Infinity War opens at a time when the titular heroes are at their lowest – at their most vulnerable – which only has us all the more worried about Infinity War‘s body count. Joe and Anthony Russo

Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War trailer shatters record for most views in first 24 hours

Earlier this week Marvel Studios pulled back the curtain on next year’s superhero blockbuster Avengers: Infinity War with the release of the first trailer, and sure enough, it’s went down a storm with fans with a whopping 230 million views in its first 24 hours.

The numbers for Infinity War shatter the previous record of 197 million views, which was set by Warner Bros. and New Line’s hit horror It earlier this year. It has also become the most talked-about trailer for a movie ever, with 1,147,438 online mentions within the first seven hours of its release (the previous record was held by Star Wars: The Last Jedi on 784,360).

THR has also calculated the most talked about moments from the trailer, with Captain America’s beard leading the way with 20,474 mentions, followed by Spidey Sense (6,100), the Guardians of the Galaxy (5,497), “Get this man a shield” (2,180 mentions) and the group shot of

The ‘Avengers’ Assemble for Special ‘Wind River’ Screening — Watch
The Avengers assembled last night in Atlanta for a special screening of “Wind River” at SCADShow. Both Jeremy Renner and Elizabeth Olsen were on hand for a post-film Q&A, which was moderated by their “Infinity War” co-star Chris Evans. The film was also introduced by Robert Downey, Jr., and the entire event was live-streamed on Facebook Live.

Both Downey, Jr. and Evans had nothing but praise for both of their co-stars and the film. “I know these folks,” Downey, Jr. joked while introducing “Wind River.” “It’s a really well-excited piece of cinema…take it from me, I would know.”

Evans also shared several kind words before introducing Renner and Olsen for the post-film Q&A. “I’m honored to get to share the screen with them in my work,” Evans said. “I think this movie is just a testament to their depth and their ability.”

The Flickering Myth Reaction to the Avengers: Infinity War trailer

The Flickering Myth writing team share their thoughts on the first trailer for Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War

Christmas came early for Marvel fans yesterday with the release of the first trailer for next year’s hotly-anticipated blockbuster Avengers: Infinity War. What did our writing team make of our first glimpse at the superhero epic? Read on to find out…

Chris Cooper: Been a little while since I’ve tingled watching a trailer. I think it’s just as much about this being the culmination of the storyline than it is the content, but it’s pretty damn cool.

Shaun Munro: I tend to temper my expectations with McU movies but this looks really great so far. I’m especially pleased with how sharp Thanos looks, and the new settings and designs for the characters should help it seem distinct from what’s come before.

Matt Spencer-Skeen: I really

Watch: The Avengers Take On Wind River At SCADShow Screening

Last night at SCADShow in Atlanta, a special screening of Wind River included an Avenger co-star bonus. Avengers star Robert Downey Jr. introduced the screening and wasn’t about to miss the opportunity to poke a little fun at his Avengers co-stars. If you’ve had occasion to catch Downey Jr. with a mic in his hand, you know he isn’t going to let go of it right away.

Chris Evans also showed up to moderate a Q&A with Jeremy Renner and Elizabeth Olsen, which was live-streamed on Facebook Live.

The Avengers: Infinity War trailer apparently had Kevin Smith “bawling with joy”

The Avengers: Infinity War trailer has dropped, and the reception has been (almost) uniformly positive. Sure, there are some criticisms of Thanos’ lack of armor, and a few other nitpicks, but overall it’s impossible to deny the joy felt at seeing all of these established characters fighting together for the very first time.

One person who really liked the trailer is Kevin Smith. Smith tends to have a pretty open mind when it comes to comic book films, but Avengers: Infinity War footage, in particular, left the director/writer/podcaster a complete mess:

Yes, I cry at everything. But this? This has me bawling with joy. It truly lives up to the word @Marvel! Look at that clusterfuck of heroes! Take every penny of my money! https://t.co/QfmJ8Rm98M

Disney Races to Top of Disc Sales Charts With ‘Cars 3’
Disney’s “Cars 3” topped the Npd VideoScan First Alert sales chart, which tracks combined DVD and Blu-ray Disc unit sales, and the dedicated Blu-ray Disc sales chart for a second consecutive week, holding off a surge from Universal’s “Atomic Blonde” the week ended Nov. 18.

Atomic Blonde,” an action thriller starring Charlize Theron, debuted at No. 2 on both charts selling about 86% as many copies in its first week as “Cars 3” did in its second (and 89% as many Blu-ray units). “Atomic Blonde” earned $51.6 million at the domestic box office.

Coming in at a distant No. 3 overall was another newcomer, Lionsgate’s “Wind River,” a murder mystery with “Avengers” stars Jeremy Renner and Elizabeth Olsen that earned $33.8 million in U.S. theaters. Rounding out the top five were a pair of superhero films demonstrating staying power on the home video charts: Sony Pictures’ “Spider-Man: Homecoming” at No. 4 and Warner’s “Wonder Woman” at No. 5.

First ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Trailer Signals the End of an Era

The first trailer for ‘Avengers: Infinity War‘ has arrived, and it is absolutely glorious. The Marvel Cinematic Universe as we know it began in 2008 with ‘Iron Man‘, and will go through a massive change when ‘Infinity War‘ hits theaters nearly 10 years later. After 18 movies of build-up that includes a trio of trilogies (Captain America, Iron Man and Thor), and two and a half ‘Avengers‘ movies, we finally get to see how all of this work will finally come together.

In a recent Vanity Fair piece with Kevin Feige, the Marvel mastermind detailed how ‘Avengers: Infinity War‘ would change the landscape of the McU as we know it, serving as a “Finale” of sorts. It’s pretty common knowledge that many of the actors from the Phase 1 films are nearing the end of their contracts, so it seems natural that ‘Avengers: Infinity War‘ and the as-of-yet untitled ‘Avengers 4‘ will serve as
