Did You Know?
When I had a camera in my hand, in those days, I felt I could do as good, or even better work than anybody else. Stanley Kubrick (1928-1999) was born and brought-up where I was in the Bronx and he was a photographer who ignored his parent's advice and didn't go to college. He went to work for Look Magazine and that turned into a movie-directing career. I took a different route.
Early in his career, took a still photograph that would later become syndicated and displayed in the Museum of Modern Art.
