"His girlfriend is dead, his colleagues don't trust him, and his boss... his boss is something else. With no friends in the world, and his life in danger every day, is it any wonder that at night, Ianto Jones goes to the pub?

The second series of Big Finish’s The Diary Of River Song audio adventures will feature Colin Baker and Sylvester McCoy

Big Finish’s Doctor Who-themed audio empire continues to be the home of Doctor/companion team-ups that fans will probably never get to see on TV. Series 1 of The Diary Of River Song allowed Alex Kingston’s sassy spoiler-phobe to team up with Paul McGann’s Eighth Doctor, and now the second series will take her even further back in her spacefaring husband’s timeline.

Sixth Doctor Colin Baker and Seventh Doctor Sylvester McCoy will appear in series 2 of The Diary Of River Song. The two classic-era Doctors will both show up in the new River-centric box set scheduled to reach our ears in 2017.

The brief synopsis for the series reads like this…

The film follows two specific expeditions from the bottom to the top and although isn’t a exact real-telling of the 1996 climb, if »

At last, an adventure movie that does without action-epic superhero Bs. It's simply You Are There with a dozen likeable, determined climbers coping with calamity in a place that, for all the help that can be sent, 'might as well be on the moon.'
