Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Hilarie Burton's Son Makes His First Public Appearance

3 hours ago | Popsugar.com | See recent Popsugar news »

Hilarie Burton and Jeffrey Dean Morgan turned the Indy 500 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway into a family affair when they stepped out with their 7-year-old son Augustus on Sunday. Not only did the event mark Augustus's first public appearance, but the trio was as cute as can be as they gathered for photos on the red carpet. Jeffrey and Hilarie Burton have been together since 2009, but they tend to keep their romance pretty private. While it's still unclear if they're married or not, the last time they hit a red carpet together was at the Golden Globes in January and they were photographed sharing a steamy kiss on the beach in Spain two months later. »

Are Rick And Negan Really All That Different? The Walking Dead Showrunner Doesn’t Think So

26 May 2017 1:53 PM, PDT | We Got This Covered | See recent We Got This Covered news »

The line between hero and villain is often blurred in fiction, but particularly so in The Walking Dead, where conventional morality has been set aside in the face of a zombie apocalypse. Even so, it’s not too hard to conclude that Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s Negan falls pretty firmly on the side of evil, being as he’s a sadistic, manipulative, brutal sociopathic cult leader with a penchant for bashing people’s heads in with “Lucille,” his pet baseball bat.

But, in an interview with ComicBook.com, showrunner Scott Gimple has explained that from his perspective, Negan isn’t too different from series hero Rick Grimes:

“I think if we followed Negan we might even be in the same place that we are with Rick where we’re like, ‘Whoa. What you’re doing there seems like the behavior of a bad person. What’s interesting is, I think for Rick’s experience, »

Emma Watson, Moonlight and all of the winners at the 2017 MTV Movie & TV AwardsEmma Watson, Moonlight and all of the winners at the 2017 MTV Movie & TV AwardsAdriana Floridia5/8/2017 11:24:00 Am

It's 2017, and so MTV decided to literally mix up their annual awards show.

For the first time, the MTV Movie Awards became the MTV Movie & TV Awards, and categories combined both mediums into one. As movie lovers, we're not quite sure that the two are comparable, though we obviously recognize the rise of quality television.

Not only that, but MTV just became the first awards ceremony to neutralize gender in the acting categories. Instead of splitting up Best Actor and Best Actress, which is typical of all awards shows, the MTV Movie & TV Awards simply had "Best Actor in a Movie" and "Best Actor in a Show", where men and women performances competed against each other. Simon Brew May 9, 2017

Mission: Impossible, Avengers, Dwayne Johnson, Jurassic World, Ant-Man and more are lining up to meet you next summer. Oh, and The Statham.

With summer blockbuster season 2017 in full swing, and with Fast & Furious 8 speeding over the $1bn mark already, a bunch of filmmakers are furiously putting together their films for release this time next year (or thereabouts). Here, as things stand, is the state of summer blockbuster season 2018. We’ve veered towards UK release dates on the whole, but as always, things can quickly change.

Also, we’ve not included unnamed films: Universal, for instance, has reserved a slot for one of its classic monster universe movies, but not told anybody what it is yet. As more information pops up, we’ll keep this list up to date…

MTV Movie & TV Awards 2017 Recap: Not Only The Most Progressive Ever, But Also MTV’s Farewell to Millennials

7 May 2017 9:10 PM, PDT | Indiewire Television | See recent Indiewire Television news »

MTV’s annual Movie Awards – now with TV attached – was as irreverent as usual on Sunday night. And yet, with this year’s entry, the tone was noticeably different.

For one thing, as widely noted, the newly rechristened “MTV Movie & TV Awards” included television series for the first time. And this was also perhaps the most woke MTV awards show in recent years, as the network embracing its decision to merge male and female performers into one, singular acting category. Other awards shows have blended male and female performers in the past, but never to the extent that a major kudocast like MTV has done.

And here’s how progressive Sunday night’s winners were: Of the 19 categories, all but two – was won (or shared a win) by a female and/or person of color, or a cast featuring women or people of color.

Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown beat out Donald Glover, Emilia Clarke, Gina Rodriguez, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Mandy Moore to win best actor in a TV show at the MTV Movie and TV Awards on Sunday, and she could not handle it. The pint-size actress started crying before she even made it to the stage. She seems genuinely floored to be honored with the golden popcorn, and it's the most adorable thing I've ever seen.
