'Dancing with the Stars' contest champ reveals how he knew Alfonso Ribeiro would win

"From the start, I knew this was Alfonso Ribeiro's season to lose," says Vincent Mandile (vinny), our "Dancing With the Stars" contest champ for Season 19. "As great as the others were (not going to lie, Sadie Robertson and Bethany Mota had me worried there for a while), he was just the most fun to watch in my opinion. Half the battle with this show is the entertainment factor and Ribeiro delivered on that every week." Mandile is a 24-year-old Bronx, NY native who tells us he's been watching "Dancing with the Stars" since Kelly Monaco won the inaugural mirror ball trophy back in Season 1. He won our "DWTS" contest with 61.91% accuracy and 23,347 points. His reward? A $100 Amazon gift certificate. (To see where You ranked, check out the Season 19 leaderboard.) 'General Hospital' and 'Baby Daddy' to stage a crossover

8 September 2014 8:00 AM, PDT | EW - Inside TV | See recent - Inside TV news »

In an interesting act of corporate synergy, ABC soap General Hospital and ABC Family’s Baby Daddy are staging a crossover, EW has learned exclusively.

General Hospital star and two-time Dancing with the Stars alum Kelly Monaco is set to cross over to Baby Daddy, playing a very exaggerated and over-the-top version of herself.

Basically this is how it all goes down: Baby Daddy’s Danny (Derek Theler), who plays for the New York Rangers, finds out that General Hospital has offered him a role playing himself. However, his small scene is enough to make him nervous, so he enlists best friend and not-so-secret crush, »

'Dancing With the Stars' Showrunner Conrad Green: The Exit Interview (Q&A)

19 May 2014 7:16 AM, PDT | The Hollywood Reporter | See recent The Hollywood Reporter news »

It's only appropriate that the most prominent point of interest in Dancing With the Stars showrunner Conrad Green's office is the dazzling studio mock-up of the All-Stars trophy, outfitted specially for season 15 with crystals instead of mirror shards — a far cry from Kelly Monaco's season-one trophy, which fell apart. "The very first one we made was a wooden lampshade with a mirror ball stuck on it," remembers Green, who's been happily inhaling spray-tan fumes since day one on the job back in 2005. "It was every bit as bad as it should be.

There are five dancers left going into next Monday's "Dancing With the Stars" semifinals: two men (James Maslow and Charlie White) and three women (Candace Cameron Bure, Meryl Davis, and Amy Purdy). Could the ladies sweep the top three? If so, it would be only the second time that has happened in the show's history. -Break- Follow Gold Derby on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr! The first time wasn't long ago: season 15, which featured all-stars from previous years. Former "Bachelor" contestant Melissa Rycroft won the mirror ball trophy, coming out ahead of two past champs: season eight victor Shawn Johnson finished second, and the show's first ever winner, actress Kelly Monaco, finished third. Of the remaining women in this year's competition, Davis has been our predictors' favorite to win from the very beginning of the season, and she currently has 1/2 odds on our »
